For the liver cheese buns, put liver cheese broth in a bowl and stir. Season vigorously with paprika powder, salt and herbs. Add the mushrooms.

Roll out puff pastry (if you use 2 pcs. Puff pastry, the snails will be smaller and more beautiful). Spread the meatloaf mixture evenly on top and all the way to the edge. Roll up lengthwise and cut off slices about 2 cm thick.

Spread them on a baking tray (keep a little distance, as the snails will still rise).

Bake at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes until the liver cheese snails have a nice color.
