A bean recipe for every taste:

Top each with 1/2 tranche prosciutto and a sage leaf, secure with wooden sticks. Heat clarified butter in a coated pan until hot. Roast the liver loaf in portions on the sage side for about 1 minute, turn to the other side, finish roasting for about 1 minute, season.

Serve with: risotto, bean salad
