Instructions:

First finely mince the liver. Peel and finely chop the onion.

Cut the rolls into small pieces and moisten them with the milk.

In the hot fat, brown the chopped onion and parsley.

Mix with the remaining ingredients. Depending on the firmness, add the breadcrumbs.

Spread a baking dish with the pork net, pour the mixture into it and fold the net over it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 100 °C for about 45 minutes.

Serve with potatoes and cabbage salad or sauerkraut.
