Instructions:

Liver cut into tender strips and turn in flour to the other side. Get the drippings quite hot in a large frying pan. Add the liver and onions and cook over high heat, turning throughout, until quickly light brown. Deglaze with white wine, thicken with cream, add a pinch of sugar and, if necessary, a little lemon juice. Serve with: sparrows
