Instructions:

Cut the zucchini into slices about 3 mm thick. Sauté in a non-stick pan without (or with very little) oil on both sides and deglaze with a dash of balsamic vinegar. Salt, pepper and add the chopped thyme. Pour in a little olive oil, toss and let sit for a while.
