Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Roast walnuts and pine nuts without fat in a frying pan until they develop their strong, nutty fragrance. Later, pull them from the heart on the spot. Cook the pasta in enough salted water until al dente. (Skim a ladle of pasta water and set aside). While the spaghetti is cooking, coarsely crush the nuts together with the garlic cloves in a mortar or food processor. Melt the butter in a large frying pan that also holds the spaghetti. Roast the nut-garlic mixture in it until golden brown, season with salt and season with pepper. Drain the spaghetti, add to the roasting pan and coat evenly with the nut sauce. Stir with pasta water until smooth, if needed. Divide evenly among plates and bring to the table with freshly grated Parmesan.
