Remove the skin from the onion and dice finely, peel the garlic cloves and press them through a press. Chop the bell bell pepper, cabbage and celery greens.

Then heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until golden. Add the minced meat and stir-fry.

Later add all the vegetables, shrimps and spices and cook stirring for 15 minutes.

Add the egg yolks to the meat and remove the frying pan from the fire immediately.

Place the pastry sheets one against the other and put 3 to 4 tablespoons of the filling on each. Place the bottom side of the pastry sheets over the filling, then fold the side edges together and roll up the entire package. Stick the edge with a little beaten egg white.

Toast the spring rolls in batches in hot oil until golden brown and bring to the table with sambal bajak and sambal ölek.
