Try this delicious pasta dish:

Cook the macaroni in a large saucepan of boiling hot salted water for ten to twelve min. until al dente.

Five minutes before the end of the cooking time, heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the garlic in it for one to two minutes until translucent, but do not let it brown. Add the pine nuts and let them brown. Fold in the mussel pieces and sauté until they are slightly translucent. Season with pepper and salt.

Drain the pasta and return to the saucepan, pour the sauce over the pasta form with the mussels and fold in. Sprinkle with basil and bring to the table.
