Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

For the sauce, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Sauté in hot oil until translucent, then add the paradeis pulp and the clear soup. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper, bring to the boil briefly, then cool.

Break the noodles into pieces and make them in enough salted water for 10-12 minutes. Then drain.

Dice the ham sausage and mix it with the pasta.

Butter an appropriately sized heatproof dish and add the pasta.

Stir the whipped cream and the eggs into the sauce, then season once more.

Bake in the oven heated to 200 °C (gas mark 3) for about 40 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and the chopped parsley leaves over the casserole.
