Instructions:

For the Malta sauce, prepare the Hollandaise sauce in orange juice according to instructions. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Beat with yolks.

Stir in butter and orange zest and let cool. Stir in between to prevent a skin from forming. Serve the Malta sauce.
