Try this delicious cake recipe:

Stir everything and spread into a cake springform pan (26 cm O) lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 160 °C hot air until golden brown. (Cooking test) about 20 min. Please do not be frightened, because the bottom is relatively flat. After the base has cooled down and been loosened, place it on a cake plate and enclose it with the edge of the springform pan.

Next, make the topping. To do this, mix 2 cups of sour cream or crème fraiche and 1 package of cream stiffener and spread on the cold base. Drain 3 cans of tangerines and spread evenly over the sour cream or crème fraiche. Next, whip 2 cups of whipped cream until stiff and stir in 1/2 bag of instant orange powder (called Calypso Instant Mix Orange and available at Famila in the beverage section of the market). The whole is given over the mandarins. Finally, a whole white chocolate is grated and spread on the cake. The cake is left in the refrigerator for 1 day and should then be enjoyed cooled!!!
