Instructions:

For the mango cake, beat the eggs with 3 tablespoons of cold water, the sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Then fold in the oil, milk, flour and baking powder.

Mix in the mango pieces and spread the batter on a smaller baking pan lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle the almond flakes on top and bake the mango cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
