For the mango chicken, first prepare the ingredients. Peel the garlic and chop it very finely. Wash the bell bell pepper and cut it into pieces of about 1 cm. Peel the onion and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Peel the mango, separate the flesh from the core and also cut into small cubes. Strain the corn from the can. Cut the meat into bite-sized smaller pieces.

Now heat the oil in a pan (preferably a wok pan) and fry the garlic briefly. Then add the meat and fry it. When the meat has taken some color, add the paprika. Fry everything together.

Add the sauce and stir in the bouillon cube with the curry powder. Pour Rama Cuisine over everything. Add the onions, corn kernels and the mango cubes and deglaze with the mango juice.

Let everything simmer gently for 10 minutes. At the end, season with salt. Arrange the mango chicken and serve.
