Instructions:

Whip the egg whites with half the sugar until stiff. For the syrup, make water, sugar and salt five minutes and cool. In the meantime, prepare the mangoes: Mix mangoes, syrup and juice of one lemon. Fold in snow and stiff whipped cream. Apply frozen.
