Instructions:

Separate the eggs for Manu’s Father’s Day cookies. Beat the egg whites to snow. Beat egg yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar until foamy, gradually stir in water and oil.

Sift flour, almonds and baking powder and stir in. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites.

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper (38 x 25 cm) and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.

Remove the baking paper and place a baking frame around the sponge. Spread the raspberry jam on the almond sponge.

Stir vanilla qimiq for about 1 minute and stir in vanilla yogurt, powdered sugar and eggnog. Whip the cream until stiff.

Prepare gelatin according to instructions and stir into the cream. Finally, fold in the whipped cream, spread on the almond bisquit and chill.

Place the coffee cake wreath on top. Puree the raspberries and add the powdered sugar. Prepare the gelatine according to instructions, stir in and fill the pastry holes with it.
