Ingredients:

Instructions:

Chop the parsley, basil and garlic. Stir through with the olive oil, mustard and enough freshly ground pepper.

Spread a layer of meat patties in a plate and coat with marinade. Continue this way until all ingredients together are used up. Marinate for at least 1/2 hour in the refrigerator with the lid closed.

Preheat the oven to 80 degrees. Heat a plate as well.

Heat a large skillet until empty. In batches, lightly season the beef patties with salt and quickly, but very heartily, sear for Thirty seconds on one side. Then turn to the other side and sear just ten seconds more. Immediately remove and place in the heated plate in the stove form until all the meat patties are fried.

Instead of frying in the pan, the meat patties can be prepared just as well on the broiler.

A potato salad tastes delicious with it!

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
