For the marinated pike-perch fillets, wash, dry and debone the pike-perch fillets. Peel and chop the garlic very finely, mix with oil, lemon juice and pepper.

Rub the fillets with this marinade, put them in a bowl, spread the rest of the marinade on them and let them marinate for 1/2 hour. Grill the marinated pike-perch fillets on both sides for 5 minutes on each side, then salt them.
