A delicious recipe for all strawberry lovers!

Peel the onions, cut into thin rings and sauté in the oil in the saucepan over medium heat. Add vinegar and clear soup. Add sugar, salt, mustard seeds, bay leaves, lemon peel, garlic, juniper, chili pepper and ginger.

Bring the marinade to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Season char fillets with salt, turn skin side in flour to the other side, pat lightly and sear in oil in a frying pan over medium heat for 1 to 2 min.

Place fillets end to end, skin side up, in a large baking dish. Baste with hot marinade, cool, cover with plastic wrap with lid closed and marinate in refrigerator for 1 day.
