Instructions:

Slice the turkey top leg with a few cuts so that it lies flat on the surface with the inside, score the skin in a diamond shape.

Stir honey and paradeis pulp. Chop the rosemary and add it. Season the leg with salt and pepper and brush with the marinade.

Heat the oil in a roasting pan. Brown the leg on both sides. Pour in clear soup and white wine and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes.

Remove the lid at the end of the cooking time. Cut the egg tomatoes in half lengthwise and place around the leg, cut side up. Season the drumsticks lightly with salt and season with pepper.

Put everything in the stove form and under the broiler crisp a little. Then bring to the table on the spot.
