Marshmallows Muffins

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the paper cups in the muffin tray.

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and marshmallows. In a second bowl, mix the eggs and butter. Gently fold the wet mixture into the flour mixture. Using a spoon, spoon the batter into the paper cups and bake for about 20 minutes on the middle rack. Allow muffins to cool before serving.
