For marshmallows with pineapple and chocolate icing, provide four small fireproof ramekins. Place a slice of pineapple in each ramekin, crush a marshmallow and sprinkle over the top. Repeat the process and sprinkle with finely chopped milk chocolate. Bake in the preheated oven at 140 degrees convection for about 30 minutes.

While still hot, decorate the marshmallows with pineapple and chocolate icing with stiffly whipped cream and serve immediately (otherwise the cream will melt).
