Instructions:

Prepare the short pastry for the marzipan cookies. Knead all ingredients together, let the dough rest, then roll out thinly and cut out stars. Bake at approx. 170 °C until light.

For the marzipan, knead the ingredients, roll out and cut out small stars. Spread cookies with apricot jam, place marzipan stars on top and assemble.

For the icing, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and spread on the cookies. Then sprinkle the marzipan cookies with cake glitter.
