Instructions:

Sift flour, sugar and vanilla sugar on the surface. Prepare a kneaded dough with the egg and the cold butter. Roll out thinly between two layers of cling film and cut out small hearts. Bake on parchment paper at 200 °C for 5 to 10 minutes. After cooling, spread thinly with apricot jam. Knead marzipan with powdered sugar, roll out thinly and cut out hearts. Cover the cookies with them. Cover with cooking chocolate that has been softened in a water bath and decorate each with a walnut half.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
