Knead cinnamon, nuts, marzipan and rum together well.

Divide the dough into three equal pieces. Form into rolls about 40 cm long. Cut rolls into 2 cm long pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place on greaseproof paper. Dry balls overnight.

Dissolve chocolate at 40 °C in a water bath. Put some chocolate in the palm of your hand and roll the marzipan balls in it.

Roll the balls on the spot in powdered sugar, cocoa or cinnamon sugar until firm.

Place balls in colorful ramekins.
