Try this delicious cake recipe:

Bubble raisins in a little water. Drain. Pour liqueur over them and infuse for 2 hours.

Put flour in a suitable bowl and press a bulge in the center. Pour in crumbled yeast with a little milk and sugar and stir. Let rise for 20 minutes.

Add remaining salt, sugar, fat, egg yolks and lemon zest and knead together until smooth. Let rise for 30 min.

Roll out dough on floured work surface to a rectangle (60x40cm). Mix the marzipan with the raisins and the liqueur. Spread evenly on the dough. Roll up the dough from the wide side and shape into a wreath.

Place on a greased baking tray and cut notches in the dough.

Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C (gas mark 3) for about 45 minutes.

Bring the jam to the boil with 5 tbsp. water and spread on the hot cake. Sprinkle with almond kernels.

Other: soak for 2 hours, 20 minutes.
