Instructions:

Defrost puff pastry according to package instructions. Separate egg, brush edges of dough with egg white.

For the filling, peel orange, fillet and cut into cubes. Chop candied lemon peel

chop finely. Mix mascarpone with juice of one lemon, candied lemon peel, orange cubes, sugar, almond kernels and sauce powder.

Form 1 teaspoon of mascarpone mixture in the center of each pastry square, fold over all 4 corners and press smooth. Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes,
