Instructions:

For the meat fritters, mix the flours and salt in a bowl and knead with oil and milk until smooth.

Cut the smoked meat and the beef into small pieces.

Peel the onion and chop it as well.

Peel the garlic. Wash and chop the parsley.

Fry the onion in a pan with a little oil and add the garlic. Add the meat and fry it.

Season with salt and pepper and add the parsley.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to the thickness of the back of a knife and form circles (doughnuts) of approx. 10 cm Ø.

Spread the filling on half of the circles, fold the other half over and press the edges well. This works best if the edges are moistened with water.

Heat lard or oil in a deep pan and fry the meat fritters until they float.
