Instructions:

For the meat dumplings, first prepare the dumpling and let it cool. Defrost the spinach and season with garlic and nutmeg.

Beat the crème fraîche with the eggs. Cut the dumpling in half and layer in a baking dish. Spread the spinach over it, pour the egg mixture over it and sprinkle with cheese.

Season with pepper and bake the meat dumplings in the preheated oven.
