Instructions:

Boil potatoes, peel and grate.

Peel garlic cloves and chop finely. Also finely chop the parsley. Mix breadcrumbs with the milk.

Knead the minced meat with potatoes, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and nutmeg.

Form flat meat loafs from the mixture and turn them in the breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meat loafs on both sides until crispy.

Drain briefly on paper towels and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
