Instructions:

Cut bell bell pepper into strips and sauté in 2 tablespoons butter for 3 minutes until soft.

Clean leek, cut into rings and add. Sauté for a few minutes and sprinkle with flour. Briefly sauté while stirring, add soup and whipped cream.

Add pepper, lemon juice, salt and Tabasco (to taste). Stir well and season to taste.

Simmer under low heat with lid on for another 5 minutes.

Fry the meatloaf in 1 tablespoon of butter until evenly crispy on both sides and serve with the vegetables.
