For the meatloaf with spinach, heat some sunflower oil in a pan. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Add to the pan and fry until they are cooked through and a little crispy.

For the creamed spinach, blanch the spinach and then mash it. Chop the onion and garlic very finely and fry in a little oil.

Add the pureed spinach and the soup cubes and then stir in the whipped cream.

At the end, season with salt and pepper. Put the meatloaf in another pan with a tiny bit of oil and fry until the meatloaf is cooked through.

Finally, crack the eggs into a pan and slowly fry them into fried eggs.
