Instructions:

For the meat or gram dumplings, first make the potato dough from the given ingredients.

For the meat filling, chop the onion, fry in hot butter until golden, add minced meat or leftover roast, fry, add chopped parsley, crushed garlic and egg, season and form into dumplings.

For the stuffing, chop the grams and mix with chopped parsley, garlic and pepper.

Form the dough into a thick roll, divide into 8 to 10 pieces, flatten, cover with filling, form into dumplings, boil in salted water until lightly simmering.
