Instructions:

For the meat pancakes prepare about 20 pancakes as usual! Attention: do not sugar the pancake batter!

Fry the chicken fillets in the pan and cut into small pieces. About 0,5 cm. Take a pancake, spread it with curd cheese, put some grated Gouda on it and some pieces of chicken fillet as well.

First fold the left and right side 3 cm inwards and then roll up from the front side to the back. Roll first in flour, then in the egg-milk mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Repeat this process with all the pancakes. Finally, fry in hot oil.

For the sauce, mix sour cream and mayonnaise and add the grated pickles. Sprinkle the pancakes with grated feta cheese and serve with the sauce.
