Instructions:

Remove fresh filo or yufka dough from refrigerator about 10 minutes before processing.

Peel onion and garlic, chop finely and fry in oil.

Add minced meat and fry, add spices, let cool.

Add chopped parsley, mint and egg to the mixture.

Brush pastry sheets with melted butter and cut into three equal parts.

Put 1 tablespoon of filling on the bottom part of each dough strip. Roll up strips to the end, pressing side edges together.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a grill pan and fry the rolls on low heat all around.
