For the meat salad, roughly dice the roast meat. Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Core the bell bell pepper, quarter it and cut it into strips. Cut the cucumber into thin slices, slice the kohlrabi. Remove the core from the apple and roughly grate the flesh.

Chop the kitchen herbs.

Mix the horseradish with the orange juice until smooth. Season with a little pepper, salt and vinegar.

Mix the roast meat with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle the dressing over it.
