For the meat sauce, heat the butter in a large frying pan and stir-fry the mince in it. Add the garlic, onions and sage.

Deglaze with red wine and beef broth. Stir in tomato paste. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper.
