Meat Sausage with Cream Potatoes

Instructions:

Remove peel from potatoes and cut into 1/2 cm thick slices. Cook in a large saucepan with enough salted water not too soft!

Melt butter in a saucepan, gradually add flour and stir to prepare a light “Einbrenne”. Then add the potato broth and the whipped cream and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Next, add the potato slices to the sauce form and stir well. Finally, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.

Heat water in another saucepan. Place the sausage in the boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Remove and drain. Sprinkle parsley over potatoes and serve with sausage.

Tip: As an alternative to fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried ones.
