Instructions:

First, cut the fillets into cubes about 2 cm thick and put them in a bowl. Season with salt, bell pepper, oregano, paprika powder and chili powder and mix everything well. Drizzle with a little olive oil and lemon juice and add a clove of pressed garlic. Once again mix everything well.

Ideally, let the meat marinate overnight in this marinade. But if you need to marinate it faster, you can let it marinate for only one hour.

Cut the peppers into cubes of about 2×2 cm. Peel the onion, peel off one layer of onion at a time and cut into cubes as well.

Always alternate a piece of meat, bell bell pepper, onion, meat…. skewer.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the meat skewers from both sides, seasoning if necessary.

Then arrange and serve.
