For the meat stew, cook the meat with the marrow bones, pepper and salt quietly on the stove for 1 1/2 hours. The water should always cover the meat.

Add crushed garlic and chopped onion. Slice the hard sausages and add them with the peeled potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces and continue cooking for 5 minutes….

Cut the peppers into strips and add them. Cook again for 5 minutes and add the peas. Add the peeled tomatoes and finally the masi.

Finally, take out the meat, cut the fat into small pieces, separate the meat from the bone and cut it into small pieces. Put it back into the stew and serve the meat stew.
