Instructions:

Prepare the dough as described in the recipe. For a large tray with two different toppings, make twice the amount of dough.

Preheat stove to 175 or 250 °C, depending on the dough.

Remove the skin from the onions and dice finely, as well as the garlic. Knead well with pepper, salt, minced meat and cumin and form cherry-sized dumplings. Fry in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until hot on all sides. Grease a baking tray (it is better to flour it). Roll out dough and place on baking sheet. Form a narrow edge. For a two-topping pizza, mark a dividing line on a large baking sheet (double the amount of dough) with a thin strip of dough.

Drain the canned tomatoes, mash with a fork, and season heartily with pepper, cayenne, salt, and oregano (thyme and/or basil also work well). Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the dough.

Slice the olives and sprinkle on top. Arrange meatballs evenly on the pizza in a star shape, place basil leaves in between, and place 1-2 halved cocktail tomatoes on each, cut side down. Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil over all together and bake for 20 minutes. Later sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and bake for another 5-8 min.
