Instructions:

For the meatballs on ribbon noodles with vegetable cream sauce, fry the carrots in butter with sugar until lightly caramelized, briefly fry the paprika powder and pour in the soup.

Simmer for 10 minutes. Chop one red bell pepper and 2 cloves of garlic. Stir sour cream with some flour until smooth and cook in the sauce for another 5 minutes.
