Instructions:

Place the potatoes in a bowl, add the olives, tomatoes, spring onions, rosemary and olive oil and mix gently, seasoning with salt and freshly ground pepper. Finally, pour the boiling hot clear soup over it and let it steep briefly.

Fill the potato salad into the prepared peppers. Place the peppers on the edge of the grill grate – not too hot – and cook for five to eight minutes.
