Preparation (about 35 min):

Make spaghetti al dente in light salted water with a few drops of oil, drain when cool. Peel the lemon peel with a zester, finely shave the Parmesan. Remove the skin from the garlic and chop finely.

Grate zucchini in kitchen paper, peel carrots – cut both into strips. Clean chili pepper and green onion, cut into rolls. Halve and pit olives. Peel and core tomatoes and cut into fillets.
