Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

1. cut melon pulp into (thin) wedges, salmon fillets rinse, dry and cut into large cubes on the spot. Clean spring onions and cut into rings. Drain tomatoes, reserving about 1 tbsp oil. Cut tomatoes into strips. Cook pasta according to package directions in enough boiling hot salted water until al dente.

Heat tomato oil in a coated frying pan and fry salmon cubes on all sides for approx. 3 min. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and keep warm for a short time. Sauté onions in the frying fat until translucent, add tomatoes. Extinguish with vegetable stock and cook heartily at high temperature for approx. 2 min. Mix in mustard, season stock with juice of one lemon, orange pepper, salt, jam. Heat salmon cubes briefly in it. 3.

Drain noodles, drain well. Mix noodles and melon carefully with the stock. Serve on plates with the base lime wedges.
