Instructions:

Rinse the lettuce and peel the onion. Cut both into strips.

Cut peppers into rings.

Mix vinegar, oil, two thirds of the orange juice, a little bit of pepper, Tabasco, salt and garlic. Mix with lettuce, onion and peppers.

Cut papaya in half, remove seeds, peel. Chop one half, arrange on lettuce with roast beef. Muddle other half with remaining orange juice, a little salt and Tabasco and bring to table with it.
