Instructions:

For the dough, beat the butter with the egg, sugar and 1 pinch of salt until thick and creamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and knead in, adding a little milk if necessary.

Spread the dough with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Roll out half of the dough on the floured surface and line the bottom and sides of the pan with it.

For the filling, mix the curd with the sugar and the eggs, add the custard powder and the rum. Fill the cream into the mold. Roll out the remaining dough, spread with the jam and roll up, cut the roll about 1/2 cm thick slices, put them on the curd cream.

Bake the cake in the oven (center) for about 60 minutes. If necessary, cover with parchment paper. Spread with heated jam if necessary.
