Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Cook the noodles in enough salted water in 6-8 min until crisp, so that they still have bite. Quench with cold water. Return to the saucepan with the oil and toss.

Dice the ham and the piquantje. Cut the gherkins or cornichons into fine slices.

Blanch (scald) the beef tomatoes with boiling hot water. Rinse cold and remove the skin. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into strips. Remove the skin from the onion and cut into fine rings. Chop the parsley.

Dressing: Mix the cream yogurt, oil and vinegar and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
