For the millet breakfast, prepare the millet according to package directions (replace half of the water with milk). Peel banana and mash with a fork.

Cut the nectarine into small pieces. Put the finished millet in a bowl, mix with the rice syrup and buttermilk.

Stir in the banana. Coarsely chop almonds with a large knife. Fold the nectarine into the millet and sprinkle with almonds and coconut flakes.
