(*) Millet, the grain that makes beautiful and strong and creative Wash the millet hot and drain. Boil the beef broth with the bay spice and pour in the millet.

Reduce the temperature and close the saucepan. Let the millet swell at low temperature for about 15 minutes.

In the hot olive oil, roast the garlic cloves a little and remove them repeatedly. Fry the meat in this oil, turning it. Add the finely chopped vegetables and sauté. Season with salt, pepper and curry.

Tip: The flesh of young, small zucchini is much more tender than that of larger ones.
