For the millet tofu vegetable skillet, wash the millet well while the water is boiling. Add the vegetable soup powder to the water and cook the millet in it for about 10 minutes until it swells up nicely.

Meanwhile, dice the kohlrabi, rondini zucchini and cucumber. Likewise, dice the smoked tofu and cocktail tomatoes.

First brown the tofu in a pan, then add the kohlrabi, zucchini and cucumber and simmer covered to soften the vegetables.

Then add the tomatoes and millet, season with salt and ground coriander to taste, stir and fry briefly so that everything is nice and warm.
